In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "tg7700", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the tg7700 platform, operated under a valid Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) license, accessible at tg7700.vip.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the tg7700 platform or who accesses tg7700 services in any capacity.
• "Account" — the individual account registered by a Player on the tg7700 platform, protected by credentials chosen by the Player during registration.
• "Services" — all games, betting products, promotional offers, financial transactions, and support services made available through the tg7700 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin equivalent, or match deposit bonus credited to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Funds.
• "Real Funds" — monies deposited by a Player using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method available on the tg7700 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering law, including identity document submission and liveness verification.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body established under Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended, with authority over all gaming operations in the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tg7700. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the tg7700 platform and close your account.

tg7700 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent platform notice at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English, which shall be the governing language of interpretation. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of conflict between the English text and any translation, the English text shall prevail.

To be eligible to register an account and use tg7700 Services, a person must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration;
• Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested by the Player directly or imposed by tg7700 or PAGCOR;
• Not have had a prior tg7700 account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• Not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for another person in the course of gambling activity.

tg7700 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or jurisdiction at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Employees of tg7700, its affiliates, technology partners, game providers, and immediate family members of such employees are excluded from participating in promotional offers and may be restricted from gameplay at tg7700's discretion.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the tg7700 platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

tg7700 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published on the tg7700 Cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered under the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are credited to the Player's tg7700 account upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment processor. tg7700 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• tg7700 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tg7700 bears no responsibility.
• All transactions on tg7700 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, if applicable, occurs at the rate determined by the Player's payment provider.
• tg7700 may, at its sole discretion, decline or reverse a deposit if it has reasonable grounds to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time from their tg7700 account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified Real Funds balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements);
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered under the Player's own legal name, consistent with KYC documentation on file.

tg7700 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
• Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% of bets placed). Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.

• Bonuses are offered to Players residing in eligible jurisdictions only. tg7700 reserves the right to exclude players from any jurisdiction from specific promotions.

All games available on the tg7700 platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Jili, PG Soft, and others) or by tg7700 directly. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• By placing a bet, a Player confirms that they have understood and accepted the applicable game rules and odds.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be reversed unless a verified technical malfunction is confirmed by tg7700.
• In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that causes a game to display incorrect results or miscalculate payouts, tg7700 reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period. Players will be notified and deposits will be fully refunded.
• tg7700 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. These represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee results for any individual play session.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games, particularly when Bonus Funds are active. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from that bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7700 platform:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
2. Registering or operating more than one tg7700 account;

4. Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any tg7700 game;
5. Undertaking any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Philippine law;
6. Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after using those funds for gambling purposes;
7. Accessing tg7700 services using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls;
8. Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any tg7700 content, software, or intellectual property without express written permission;
9. Gambling while subject to a self-exclusion order or using another person's account to circumvent such an order.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders to notify them of elapsed session time at configurable intervals.
• Loss Limits: Optional maximum net loss limits over a defined period may be set by the Player to cap potential gambling losses.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. tg7700 will not market to self-excluded players during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use tg7700's Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Player may reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, republish, or commercially exploit any tg7700 content without express prior written consent from tg7700.

Third-party game content is owned by the respective game providers and is subject to their own intellectual property protections. tg7700 does not represent or warrant that such content is free from third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tg7700 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use tg7700 Services;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes arising from Player hardware or software incompatibilities;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security.

tg7700's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their tg7700 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arises.

Players may close their tg7700 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering completion status.

tg7700 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• tg7700 is required to do so by PAGCOR, any law enforcement authority, or court order;
• tg7700 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct;
• The Player is found to be under the minimum age of 21 years;
• The Player is found to be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed for breach, tg7700 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately won from Real Funds (not Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player after investigation is concluded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of tg7700 Services, shall first be subject to tg7700's internal dispute resolution procedure as follows:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Player submits a formal complaint to tg7700 customer support via email at [email protected], detailing the nature of the dispute and supporting evidence. tg7700 will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a formal response within ten (10) business days.
2. Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with tg7700's response, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Protection and Welfare Division for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
3. Step 3 — Litigation: Where Step 2 does not resolve the dispute, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate Philippine court with competent jurisdiction. The venue for litigation shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

tg7700 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to reflect changes in law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business operations. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

For material amendments — those that materially affect Player rights or obligations — tg7700 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via email to the registered account address and/or a prominent notification displayed on the platform upon login. For amendments required by law or immediate PAGCOR directive, changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the tg7700 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. All transactions entered into prior to the effective date remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of those transactions.
